About Me

I am a History PhD candidate at the University of Guelph in Ontario researching the social and political impacts of the Reformation on urban centres in Scotland and England.

A late medieval/early modern historian, I received my BA in history from Taylor University, an MA in history from Sam Houston State University, and an MLitt (with distinction) from the University of St Andrews where I wrote my thesis on society, politics and economics in post-Reformation Perth, Scotland.
